Personalized Pelvic Floor Therapy for Men and Women
Welcome to PelviCare, Ottawa's dedicated pelvic health clinic. We specialize in non-invasive pelvic floor strengthening using the B-Pulse chair, a Canadian-made, Health Canada-approved technology that delivers results without surgery, medication, or downtime.
Our treatments support a wide range of conditions for both men and women, including urinary incontinence, postpartum recovery, erectile dysfunction, sexual health concerns, pelvic organ prolapse, and poor core strength. Whether you are in your 40s navigating hormonal changes or recovering from a major life event, PelviCare offers competitive and affordable pelvic health treatment in the heart of Ottawa's east end.
About the B-Pulse Chair
The B-Pulse chair is not a standard pelvic floor device. It is Health Canada-approved, High-Intensity Electromagnetic Technology chair designed specifically for pelvic floor rehabilitation.
A single 30-minute session can deliver the equivalent of thousands of supramaximal contractions, which are contractions deeper and more complete than anything achievable through manual Kegel exercises. You remain fully clothed and seated throughout. There is no discomfort and no recovery time.
What sets B-Pulse apart:
- Stronger muscle contractions: High-Intensity Electromagnetic Technology targets deep pelvic floor muscles that standard biofeedback or TENS devices cannot reach
- Treats prolapse: Unlike most pelvic devices, the B-Pulse chair can support patients experiencing mild to moderate pelvic organ prolapse by strengthening the muscles that hold pelvic organs in place
- Suitable for all fitness levels: Intensity is adjustable from a gentle starting level up to elite-grade contractions
- Fully clothed treatment: No undressing, no probes, no internal devices
- Health Canada approved: Rigorously reviewed and cleared for use in Canadian clinics
- Canadian technology: Designed and manufactured in Canada, used in leading universities and clinics
